"Buschenschank in Residence" Founder Jutta Kalchbrenner loves the wine taverns and believes in him.
There are still some of these pure, genuine, unadulterated wine taverns in Vienna, but most of them have stopped operating in recent years and are now empty. The idea of the "Buschenschank in Residence" project is therefore to rediscover these enchanted places and to bring them back to life for a short or long term, depending on their needs.
